Welcome to the international conference Petroleum Ukraine 2023. The main forum of the Ukrainian oil market will be held in Warsaw on June 22, 2023.
This is our second Warsaw forum. The first - Fuel for Ukraine - took place in June 2022 and was aimed at overcoming the fuel crisis in which we found ourselves due to the Russian attack as soon as possible. Through joint efforts, Ukrainian suppliers managed to build a new oil product supply system. This made it possible not only to satisfy not only the needs of consumers but also to pass the difficult months of shelling and blackouts in autumn and winter.
This year, the key issues of the forum will be the improvement of anti-Russian sanctions, increasing market stability thanks to the stock system, development of logistics, and international cooperation in the field of fuel supplies.
The event will be held with the official support of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
It is expected that representatives of the European Commission, the International Energy Agency, and the governments of Ukraine, Poland, and other Eastern European countries will take part in the conference. Invitations to participate in the forum were sent to well-known European producers and traders, including PKN Orlen, MOL, Slovnaft, Rompetrol, OMV, Hellenic Petroleum, Vitol, Exxon, Unimot, Gaspol and others.
The entire vanguard of the Ukrainian fuel market is also expected to participate in the conference: Ukrnafta, WOG, OKKO, UPG, Alliance Energy Trade, AMIC, KLO, and many others.
