OKKO is the largest supplier of fuel in the Ukrainian market, with annual sales exceeding 1.3 million tons of light petroleum products. UPG is the fastest-growing network of filling stations in Ukraine. In addition to operating more than 80 of its own modern complexes, UPG began acquiring Avias/ANP stations through lease-purchase agreements in 2025. As of November, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine had granted the company permits to lease over 350 gas stations. Among UPG’s partnership options at the Petroleum & LPG Ukraine 2025 conference is the arrangement of branded coffee points featuring Franke vending machines.
