Poland’s largest oilcompany, ORLEN SA, and Ukraine’s biggest oil company, PJSC Ukrnafta, will serve as the general partners of the international conference Petroleum & LPG Ukraine 2025, which will take place on December 4 in Kyiv.
“We are pleased to announce once again that major partners ORLEN and Ukrnafta will continue to stand sideby side as part of the key meeting point for players in Ukraine’s oil products market,” said Serhiy Kuyun, Director of the A-95 Consulting Group, the event organizer. He noted that the flagships of the two markets made their debut as general partners at Petroleum Ukraine Warsaw’25 in June this year.
Currently, ORLENS A is the largest supplier of petroleum products to Ukraine. In 2025, the company’s deliveries to Ukraine increasedby 35%, reaching over 1.52 million tons (data for the first nine months of 2025). ORLEN Lietuva, the group’s Lithuanian subsidiary, has played a major role in this growth, being the longest-standing foreign fuel supplier to Ukraine since the 1990s.
The Polish company’s presence in Ukraine is expected to expand further — not only through traditional light petroleum products but also through oils, bitumen, and jet fuel.
The company will participate in the Kyiv forum with presentations by ORLEN’s speakers during the conference sessions, with details to be announced later.
Since coming under state management at the end of 2022, Ukrnafta has become one of the leading players in the Ukrainian fuel market and has achieved its best financial results in history. The company also operates Ukraine’s largest retail network, comprising 660 filling stations, including the former Shell and Glusco chains.
Ukrnafta will be represented at the conference by its top management, headed by Acting CEO Yuriy Tkachuk.
“We are grateful to ORLEN and to Poland for their support of Ukraine during these most tragic times in our history. The fuel sector, where key national operators work closely together, is perhaps the most illustrative and promising example of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation. We are proud to help strengthen these ties and improve international business efficiency when it is most needed,” said Serhiy Kuyun.
The Petroleum Ukraine conference was first organized by the A-95 Consulting Group in 2009, followed by LPG Ukraine in 2010. Both quickly became the central discussion platforms of Ukraine’s motor fuel market. In June 2022, due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the major fuel forum Fuel for Ukraine was held in Warsaw. In December 2023, the Kyiv forum was successfully revived.
